It's a New Year and a New YOU!

Hi, Happy New Year and welcome to my first newsletter for 2014! Trusting you had a joyous and restful festive season, I certainly did. Now I'm back and excited for what 2014 holds in store for me and you!

So did you make new years resolutions again this year? You know the ones...lose weight, get fit, quit smoking or any other bad habit you want to remove from your life? They're usually pretty much the same every year and for the majority of us, don't last. What if this year you tried something different. What if this year all you had to do was to focus on just one thing...to love yourself more. You see, I believe that when we do this one thing, loving ourselves more, really loving ourselves and honouring who we truly are, putting ourselves first and being true to us, then everything else automatically happens as a benefit anyway. When we truly love and care for ourselves, we will naturally reduce weight, we'll want to get healthier and fitter and it will be easy to do so. If we truly honour ourselves and realise how incredible we are RIGHT NOW, then we wont want to continue to do those things that don't support us and we will automatically move forward and achieve. Those negative things will simply drop off and fade away. Keeping our focus and attention on loving us, always enables the higher vibration to envelop us, and in this place, everything is possible.

I found these words by a colleague of mine in America, and I couldn't have worded it better myself... This is a GREAT New Years Resolution for all of us!...

"Start Today believing in yourself and being TRUE to yourself. Start today on the path of Forgiveness, to yourself and others. Start today understanding that REAL LOVE is truely UNCONDITIONAL. Start today being AUTHENTIC, forget about being politically correct, it is just another form of lying. Start today being GRATEFUL, and, start today liking what you see in the mirror, it is YOU. AND above all, your SPIRIT needs a purpose, FIND IT. " Gary King.

So from the place of truly loving yourself, you can find your purpose and achieve your goals so much more easily. As Gary says, our Spirit needs a purpose. So, with this in mind, what are your goals for 2014? If you are clear about your goals and take several steps in the right direction every day, eventually you will succeed. So decide what it is you want, truly want, write it or them down (this is essential to your success), review it constantly, and each day do something that moves you toward those goals. Every step, every action, no matter how small, takes you one step closer to achieving them! The saying, 'how do you eat an elephant?...one bite at a time' portrays this beautifully.

So 2014 has commenced...and life is short, so enjoy your journey!

Till next time, take care and LOVE YOU!
